Centered between the major Irish airports, as Dublin, Shannon, and Knock, doted with ever improving ground infrastructure, the Irish government and local government plan to alleviate the worsening urban problems, by decentralising to growing gateways such as the Midlands Gateway of Offaly and Westmeath.
